Summer Smoothie Bowls

The perfect smoothie bowl for a summer day - dairy-free, gluten-free, and super tasty!
- Handful of organic strawberries
- A few organic blackberries
- 1 full banana
- Handful of kale
- Collagen peptides
- Gluten-free granola
- Almond milk
- Almond butter (Trader Joe's brand is my favorite!)
- Local honey

Blend strawberries, blackberries, kale, and half of banana with almond milk and one scoop of collagen peptides. Pour a small amount of gluten-free granola into a bowl and then pour smoothie on top. Slice the other half of the banana to place on top of the smoothie. Add a bit more granola to the top and place a spoonful of almond butter in the bowl. Drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
