Whole Body Health You Can Feel
BHRT for Women
Hormonal shifts don’t always happen gradually. Sometimes it’s a slow decline over the years. Sometimes perimenopause or menopause brings it on fast. Either way, you end up with the same symptoms: fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, low libido. Environmental toxins1 and aging play a role too. These symptoms don’t just affect how you feel physically. They affect your confidence, your relationships, and your ability to show up for the people who matter to you.
Testosterone, estradiol, and progesterone influence nearly every system in your body: energy, sleep, mood, mental clarity. When you don’t have enough, your body doesn’t function properly, and you feel it. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) is the exact molecule your body produces, so it knows how to metabolize it just like your own. Through comprehensive lab testing, we find out what your levels actually are, not just whether they fall in a “normal” range, and build your treatment plan around what you specifically need.
Your pellet therapy is personalized and releases hormones steadily, unlike the peaks and valleys of other treatment methods. Combined with targeted nutrition and supplements, this approach helps you move past the frustrating day-to-day symptoms and toward feeling like yourself again, with the added benefit of protecting your brain2, heart3, and bones4 over the long term.

BHRT for Women
Hormonal shifts, whether gradual over time or sometimes sudden if you are in perimenopause or menopause, can bring on disruptive symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, and decreased libido. These imbalances are also due to environmental toxins and aging, and don’t just affect how you feel, they impact your confidence, relationships, and overall well-being. BHRT restores what’s missing, helping you regain balance and feel your best at every stage of life.
BHRT is the exact molecule our body produces, so it knows how to use and metabolize like our own. Testosterone, Estradiol and Progesterone have over 500 functions each in our body. If we don't have enough, our bodies will not work properly. Top reasons why we see people every day: fatigue, brain fog, sleep issues, anxiety, and depression. Also, BHRT acts preventative, protecting our brains from dementia, heart from heart attacks, bones from osteoporosis. A two fold effect, of day to day symptoms, and long-term.
Through comprehensive lab testing, we find the root of the problem and personalize your pellet treatments to steadily release hormones into your body. Combined with targeted nutrition and supplements, our approach helps women move beyond frustrating symptoms to feel truly well again. With your hormones in optimal range, you also may receive benefits of preventative health for your brain, heart, and bones.

BHRT for Men
Testosterone naturally declines with age — that’s a normal, expected part of getting older. What’s different now is the pace of that decline. Environmental toxins1 are accelerating it faster than in past generations, and for a lot of men, the first signs show up in ways that are easy to dismiss: fatigue even with good sleep, lack of mental clarity, decreased muscle mass and low libido. The routine that used to leave you feeling strong starts leaving you sore longer, and the progress you’re used to seeing levels off. It’s tempting to chalk this up to stress or age. Often, there’s a measurable hormonal reason behind it, and it’s something we can test for directly.
Testosterone, estradiol, and progesterone regulate far more than reproductive health. They influence energy, sleep, cognitive function, and mood. When levels fall outside of what your body needs to function well, you feel the effects across all of it. This is the pattern we see most often in men who come to us: fatigue, mental fog, disrupted sleep, and a general sense of running on empty. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) uses the same hormone molecules your body already produces, so it works with your biology rather than against it. Beyond symptom relief, optimal hormone levels may also support long-term protective effects for the brain5, heart3, and bones6 — though this is an area where we always point patients to the underlying research rather than making blanket promises.
We start with comprehensive lab testing to understand where your levels actually stand, then build a pellet therapy plan around that data — delivering a steady release of hormones rather than the daily fluctuations of other treatment methods. Paired with targeted nutrition and supplements, this approach is designed to address both the near-term symptoms and the longer-term picture.

Your path back to feeling like yourself.
Three simple steps. One clear plan. Built around you.
1. Schedule Your Consultation
It starts with a 15-minute call with a Patient Coordinator, followed by a 30-minute consultation with your provider. We'll dig into your symptoms, history, and goals, then walk you through how your hormones connect to everything you've been feeling. No pressure, just a conversation about you.
2. Get a Complete Hormone Evaluation & Personalized Plan
We run comprehensive lab work, then within about a week, we sit down with you to review the results and explain exactly what's happening in your body. You'll leave with a clear, individualized treatment plan built around your optimal ranges — and in most cases, your first pellet placement happens at this same visit.
3. Start Feeling Like Yourself Again
Most patients feel the difference within a few weeks. At the four-week mark, we'll meet again to check your levels, fine-tune your plan, and talk through what's next — including nutrition, fitness, and supplement support to keep you thriving long-term. We're not a one-visit fix. We're your care partner for the long haul.
Women typically receive pellets every 3–4 months and men every 4–6 months to maintain optimal hormone balance.
