Your path back to feeling like yourself.
Three simple steps. One clear plan. Built around you.
1. Schedule Your Consultation
It starts with a 15-minute call with a Patient Coordinator, followed by a 30-minute consultation with your provider. We'll dig into your symptoms, history, and goals, then walk you through how your hormones connect to everything you've been feeling. No pressure, just a conversation about you.
2. Get a Complete Hormone Evaluation & Personalized Plan
We run comprehensive lab work, then within about a week, we sit down with you to review the results and explain exactly what's happening in your body. You'll leave with a clear, individualized treatment plan built around your optimal ranges — and in most cases, your first pellet placement happens at this same visit.
3. Start Feeling Like Yourself Again
Most patients feel the difference within a few weeks. At the four-week mark, we'll meet again to check your levels, fine-tune your plan, and talk through what's next — including nutrition, fitness, and supplement support to keep you thriving long-term. We're not a one-visit fix. We're your care partner for the long haul.
Women typically receive pellets every 3–4 months and men every 4–6 months to maintain optimal hormone balance.

We Don't Treat
Lab Ranges. We Treat You.
Most of our patients come to us feeling exhausted, foggy, and frustrated, struggling with disrupted sleep, low libido, weight changes, and mood shifts, often after seeing other providers and still not feeling better. That’s why the approach to hormone health matters.
At Optimal Bio, we specialize in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for men and women. Every patient starts with a comprehensive blood panel, not to see if you fall within normal ranges, but to understand where your hormones actually need to be for you to feel optimal. Your treatment plan is built around your labs, your symptoms, and your goals.
Normal isn’t optimal. You don’t have to settle for feeling like a stranger in your own body when you could feel like yourself again. Call today to request a consultation.

All Natural Solutions
Bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to the ones your body already makes. Delivered through pellet therapy, they release steadily over time — no daily pills, no peaks and crashes. Just the way your body was designed to work.

Individualized Care
No two bodies are the same. We start with comprehensive lab work — well beyond a standard panel — then build a care plan around your optimal ranges, not a generic chart. Because what's normal for the general population isn't optimal for you.

Treat Symptoms at the Root
Fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, low libido, poor sleep — these aren't problems to mask with another prescription. They're signals. By restoring your hormones to optimal levels, we resolve symptoms at the source.
Bring Your Hormones – and Your Life – Back into Balance.
