Your path back to feeling like yourself.
Three simple steps. One clear plan. Built around you.
1. Schedule Your Consultation
It starts with a 15-minute call with a Patient Coordinator, followed by a 30-minute consultation with your provider. We'll dig into your symptoms, history, and goals, then walk you through how your hormones connect to everything you've been feeling. No pressure, just a conversation about you.
2. Get a Complete Hormone Evaluation & Personalized Plan
We run comprehensive lab work, then within about a week, we sit down with you to review the results and explain exactly what's happening in your body. You'll leave with a clear, individualized treatment plan built around your optimal ranges — and in most cases, your first pellet placement happens at this same visit.
3. Start Feeling Like Yourself Again
Most patients feel the difference within a few weeks. At the four-week mark, we'll meet again to check your levels, fine-tune your plan, and talk through what's next — including nutrition, fitness, and supplement support to keep you thriving long-term. We're not a one-visit fix. We're your care partner for the long haul.
Women typically receive pellets every 3–4 months and men every 4–6 months to maintain optimal hormone balance.

With a variety of hormone therapy treatments available, why choose pellets?
The difference is that they’re bioidentical. Unlike shots, patches, and creams, pellets are personalized to the person based on bloodwork, symptoms, height and weight, relieving symptoms and acting preventatively by being in optimal ranges.

“I haven’t been sick in four years, I weigh 30 pounds less today than I did four years ago, and I didn’t do anything other than this. Overtime I recognized… wow, this changed my life.”

Your Care Experience, Step By Step
1. Meet & Consult with Your Medical Provider
After a brief phone call with a patient coordinator, you’ll book an appointment to meet with a provider. Throughout your 30-minute consultation, we’ll discuss your health concerns, review your medical history, and dive deep into hormone functions and how they pertain to your health. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions regarding your symptoms and treatment options.
2. Lab Work & Pellet Placement
After we take your bloodwork (in-house or externally), you’ll return to the office to receive an analysis of your results and chat through your personalized treatment plan. In most cases, we’ll also administer your first pellet treatment during this appointment. We’ll also discuss your goal ranges, timelines, and what to expect in the coming weeks.
3. Follow Up & Continued Treatment
You’ll feel the impact of your initial pellet placement within a few weeks. At the four week mark, you’ll meet with your care team in the office or over the phone to assess your hormone levels. We’re here to be your care partner for achieving whole-body wellness, so we’ll also explore continued support via plans for nutrition, fitness, and supplements.
Please note that women should receive pellets every 3 - 4 months and men every 4 - 6 months to sustain hormone balance and symptom relief.
