Hormone Therapy
Made For You
We believe your symptoms are real, your well-being matters, and that you deserve evidence-based treatments as individual as you are.
Tylar Brannon
Tylar Brannon grew up in Cary, North Carolina and attended NC State University for her undergraduate degree. It was during this time that she realized she enjoyed helping businesses grow and decided to further her education at the University of South Carolina School of Law, receiving JD/MBA dual degrees to set her up to do just that.
After grad school, Tylar moved to DC for a few years and was eventually called home to help the then budding business of Optimal Bio. She worked to create processes, organize the business, build a brand and team, and ultimately make life easier for the staff, vendors, and most importantly the patients. It didn’t take her long to realize that running this business was her passion.
Since becoming CEO in 2018, she has expanded Optimal Bio across the Southeast and Texas, opening nine locations with a tenth on its way.

Your path back to feeling like yourself.
Three simple steps. One clear plan. Built around you.
1. Schedule Your Consultation
It starts with a 15-minute call with a Patient Coordinator, followed by a 30-minute consultation with your provider. We'll dig into your symptoms, history, and goals, then walk you through how your hormones connect to everything you've been feeling. No pressure, just a conversation about you.
2. Get a Complete Hormone Evaluation & Personalized Plan
We run comprehensive lab work, then within about a week, we sit down with you to review the results and explain exactly what's happening in your body. You'll leave with a clear, individualized treatment plan built around your optimal ranges — and in most cases, your first pellet placement happens at this same visit.
3. Start Feeling Like Yourself Again
Most patients feel the difference within a few weeks. At the four-week mark, we'll meet again to check your levels, fine-tune your plan, and talk through what's next — including nutrition, fitness, and supplement support to keep you thriving long-term. We're not a one-visit fix. We're your care partner for the long haul.
Women typically receive pellets every 3–4 months and men every 4–6 months to maintain optimal hormone balance.

A Legacy That Shapes Our Care
Optimal Bio was founded in 2012 by Dr. Greg Brannon, a board-certified OB/GYN who spent three decades caring for patients struggling with symptoms that were often dismissed or misunderstood. His work and research, including his book, The Hormone Health Handbook, helped bring greater awareness to the role hormones play in long-term health and quality of life. His philosophy continues to guide our care team as we deliver science-based, patient-first treatment designed to restore balance and help patients live the life of health they deserve.
