Feeling out of sorts? Brain fog isn’t actually a medical condition, but rather a term used to describe the feeling of being mentally sluggish, feeling fuzzy, experiencing memory loss, or lacking focus or mental acuity. It can be a symptom of other health conditions, and is typically related to lack of sleep, increased stress, depression, menopause, hormonal imbalance, nutrient deficiencies, or a combination of these factors. Stress also manifests as brain fog. In order to reduce stress, you need to flex your parasympathetic nervous system, which is engaged during rest and relaxation and helps to calm your body and your mind. You can do this by incorporating more meditation and yoga into your routine. Vitamin B-12 supports healthy brain function, and a vitamin B-12 deficiency can bring about brain fog.

BIOIDENTICAL HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY (BHRT) PELLETS
At Optimal Bio, pellets are the preferred method of hormone replacement delivery. Over the years, Optimal Bio has worked with compounding pharmaceutical companies to produce the purest pellets possible. Small pellets, roughly the size of a grain of rice, are placed in fatty tissue of the buttocks or lower back area. The pellets can deliver a dose of either testosterone for men, or testosterone/estrogen for women. Additionally, each pellet implant lasts for several months and provides a substantial and stable release of hormones into the body.
Brain Fog treatment is provided at all Optimal Bio locations.
