Sam Lai is a recent graduate of JMU Harrisonburg, VA where she graduated with a B.S. in Health Sciences and a minor in Chronic Illness. Sam has always been a big supporter of functional medicine and holistic health which lead her to becoming part of the Optimal Bio team. In her free time she enjoys spending time in nature, in particular going on hikes, paddle boarding, and spending time with her dog. She loves being part of a team who strives to help patients have a better quality of life and get back to enjoying all that life has to offer.
