Glennith Capone joined the team in May after working at Boston based startups in the past. She has a degree in Pre-Med and Health studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences as well as a Nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition and two Crossfit coaching certifications. In her free time she coaches Crossfit at her local affiliate and enjoys all that Charleston has to offer.
