Britny West attended The University of Southern Mississippi where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Psychology and her master's degree in Public Health. She has spent the last 10 years working in health and wellness. She enjoys being a part of the Optimal Bio team and helping patients live their best lives.  In her free time she loves to spend time in nature, travel, and cuddle her two cats Freya and Cleo.
