The perfect smoothie bowl for a summer day – dairy-free, gluten-free, and super tasty!
– Handful of organic strawberries
– A few organic blackberries
– 1 full banana
– Handful of kale
– Collagen peptides
– Gluten-free granola
– Almond milk
– Almond butter (Trader Joe’s brand is my favorite!)
– Local honey
Blend strawberries, blackberries, kale, and half of banana with almond milk and one scoop of collagen peptides. Pour a small amount of gluten-free granola into a bowl and then pour smoothie on top. Slice the other half of the banana to place on top of the smoothie. Add a bit more granola to the top and place a spoonful of almond butter in the bowl. Drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
